The pet taxi will take your dog to any location within the Dover/Kent area that you need. The pick up and drop off is just for pet parents who can't make it down to the salon for their appointment. For £5 each way a staff member will come to your house to collect your dog, bring them to the salon for their groom, and then return them to your home.

We will always consult with you first before shaving and please know it is usually a last resort, and only done with the owner's permission.

No. We will always be upfront with you regarding any potential fees, and any fee would be agreed upon before we take your dog into our care. The only fee that may be added once the dog is in our care, is our flea fee. This is a £20 charge that will cover a flea bath for your pet, and cover the cleaning costs in the salon, but we will let you know as soon as possible if we find fleas.

No, we will never judge you for the condition of your dog. If your dog is in bad condition then we will always love for you to come to us. Our priority is making sure that your dog is clean, healthy, and happy. You can ask our groomers for at home maintenance advice and we will happily provide suggestions and help.
